If you cannot attend an Auction, but would like to submit an absentee bid, the following procedures apply-please type or print:

  1. Cashier’s or certified check in the amount of opening bid. This must be at least 100% of the maximum bid. Any refunds due are mailed within 5 days of Auction. Real Estate requires min. down payment. 
  2. Buyer agrees to allow Auction Company representative bid up to the maximum as indicated below.
  3. Signed Auction Contract/Registration form & signed Real Estate Contract (if applicable)
  4. All paperwork must be in our office by deadline as stated above.
  5. It will be announced that we have an absentee bid.  Your opening bid (or the highest bid received for this item) will be made.
  6. Buyer acknowledges that item(s) is sold as is, with no warranty of any kind implied. Buyer must rely on own inspection, research, etc.
  7. Buyer must make all own shipping arrangements & all costs, removal, etc. expeditiously.  In most instances, removal will be Auction day & the next day.  Please confirm removal & shipping arrangements with Auction Company before commitment.
  8. Buyer acknowledges & agrees to all terms & conditions.
  9. Opening bid check will be forfeited should buyer not comply with policies & procedures.
